How do you think about things? Are you and optimist, pessimist or realist? The difference is: the glass is half full, the glass is half empty and the glass is refillable.
Here, we will explore how you think as well as what you think about yourself, your life, the world and humanity. We all start out in the same place when we are born, but how we think is a reflection on the experiences we’ve had. Consider your experiences. Are there good ones? Bad ones? How you think/feel about those experiences is a major factor in the decisions you make today whether you realize it or not.
Getting to the place you want to be can seem like a daunting journey. But life is a journey, so why not make the best of it? In this section on the body, we will explore a host of things that you can do, right now, to improve your overall health. Here, I’ll be adding thoughts, ideas and suggestions on how you feel about your body, food and exercising. Don’t worry about your starting point. Remember: life is a journey.
